Female switch artist arrested

The black female switch artist with the droopy, crossed or lazy eye who stole diamonds from at least five jewelry stores in the tri-state area over the past few months, was arrested on April 24, the Jewelers Security Alliance (JSA) reports.

The New York Police Department's Organized Theft Squad and the FBI arrested the suspect, who was the subject of a JSA crime alert on March 16, in Bronx, N.Y.She is expected to be charged with thefts from retail jewelry stores in Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, Clarkstown, Larchmont, Yonkers and possibly Cedarhurst, N.Y., as well as in Stamford, Conn. She is a predicate felon who is on parole.
